A practical, clearly explained approach to pest treatment and contaminated-dropping cleanup.
Vista Pest Control operates as a subsidiary and trade name of Vista Building and Office Cleaning Services Inc. The pest-control division supports residential and commercial clients throughout HRM.
Service is performed by a licensed technician who reviews the concern, explains the recommended treatment or cleanup, and provides practical preparation and follow-up guidance.
Our goal is straightforward: help property owners and occupants understand what is happening, what the proposed service includes, and the appropriate next step for the property.

Homeowners, tenants, and landlords need clear instructions and a service that respects occupied living spaces. Businesses and property managers need the same clarity around scheduling, access, staff, customers, and ongoing operations.
Vista approaches both audiences with the same standard: understand the property, define the work, explain the next step, and communicate clearly.
We explain preparation, treatment or cleanup scope, and the next step in plain language.
Pest-control service is performed by a licensed technician for residential and commercial properties.
If wildlife work, structural repair, or another specialty is required, that boundary is made clear.
Vista serves Halifax, Dartmouth, Bedford, Lower Sackville, Eastern Passage, and surrounding HRM communities.
We will confirm whether the concern fits Vista’s service scope and what information is needed for the next step.
